The comittee registration fee is $175, which includes breakfast, lunch, coffee/beverage service, committee group dinner on Tuesday, along with meeting room rental, a/v rental, tax, and meeting materials. The forum registration fee is $225 which includes two breakfasts, one lunch on Wednesday, room rental, a/v rental, tax, and meeting materials.
