The Washington State Transit Association (WSTA) is pleased to present the 2026 Spring Maintenance Forum on March 31 - April 2nd in Tulalip, WA. The event will be held at the Tulalip Resort which is a fantastic facility for our event, and we look forward to bringing you back!

WSTA wants to thank Community Transit for being the 2026 host of this event and appreciates all the hard work Community Transit does for the association. 

 The Forum is nationally recognized as one of the year's premier events to attend. Attendees include 70-80 Maintenance and Facility directors, managers, department heads, and staff. It is hyper-focused on this work sector in our transit industry from Washington, Oregon, and Montana. Vendors are invited, with limited space, to provide 10-20 minute educational presentations in a classroom-style format to the attendees in the vendor hall. There are over 10 hours of dedicated vendor-attendee time, including during our happy hour, lunches, and breakfast.

Registration fee includes 8'x 8' booth space with pipe and drape; one 6' skirted table, two chairs, and meals (two breakfasts, one lunch, coffee/beverage services) for one person. Additional attendees can be added.

Registration Deadlines:
     - Associate Members in good standing can register early starting December 14, 2025
     - Non-Associate Members and all others can start registering on January 01, 2026
     - Late registration fees take effect on Februrary 01, 2026.
*Cancellations must be made prior to February 16th, 2026 to avoid being charged in full.

Please note that invoices will be emailed after regsitration is processed; we appreciate your patience. All payments must be received by Monday, March 23rd, 2026. Payment methods include check, Visa, or MasterCard via our website.  

Maintenance and Facilities Committee Meeting (Tues., March 31, 2026) registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, coffee/beverage service, and Committee dinner on Tuesday (31st), along with meeting room rental, a/v rental, tax, meeting materials, and staff time. 

Spring Maintenance Forum (Wed., & Thurs., April 1-2, 2026) registration fee includes two breakfasts, 1 lunch (no lunch on final day), room rental, a/v rental, tax, and meeting materials, and staff time.

Registration Deadline Friday, February 27th, 2026.
A late fee will be assessed if registering after February 27th; this is subject to change. Payment methods include checks or credit cards. *Please note you will be invoiced after the event.

WSTA has a room block set up at the The Tulalip Resort and Casino.

Attendees will be given the room block instructions with an online booking link once they register.
