Must know considerable knowledge of the functions of the Human Resources Department. Must have experience in finance including working with grants. The position will serve as the Clerk of the Board for the Transit Authority. Must have a minimum of five years’ experience in HR and finance; minimum of five years in a public sector and elected officials; must be able to keep data confidential; must have good verbal and written communication skills.
