The Safety and Training Manager is Responsible for planning, organizing, promoting, and implementing Grays Harbor Transit’s safety and training programs. Conducts or coordinates all accident investigations and assures appropriate documentation. Tracks, reports and analyzes safety and training data. Assures the organization’s safety and training programs are complaint with local, state and federal requirements, and coordinates related training. Oversees and coordinates the operator and maintenance training programs, CDL training program and coordination of all agency training programs.
