The Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the IT infrastructure and operations of databases, servers, networks, storage, e-mail, directory, and other technology platforms for the effective and efficient delivery of IT services and support capabilities to achieve business success. Proactively researches and recommends courses of action to prevent problems and to maintain high infrastructure service levels. Establishes metrics, key performance indicators, and service level agreements for driving the performance of IT service delivery.
