A highly responsible position using independent judgment within the Finance Division responsible for interpreting and applying policies and local, state and federal statutes, managing and supervising, and providing guidance and support for the public procurement process for all supplies, inventory, equipment, services, and materials required by C-TRAN. Duties also include oversight of contract administration activities, negotiating, and administering contracts, and managing relationships with vendors and contractors.
