Welcome

Welcome to the 43rd Washington State Public Transportation Conference, Vendor Expo and State Roadeo hosted by the Washington State Transit Association and presented by Schetky Northwest.

The 2019 Conference will be held August 16 – 20 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in SeaTac, WA. Information about lodging and how to get to this conference are all on the Conference website along with other helpful information such as an Agenda At-A-Glance, session topics to be offered, State Roadeo and Vendor Expo registration.

New this year is how the Wall of Fame entries are submitted. Gone are the email days, as you will upload your information on an online entry form.

WSTA in partnership with our Host Agencies; King County Metro, Sound Transit and WSDOT, are working to focus on ensuring your success today and tomorrow with some dynamic sessions. Public transportation is truly linked together for success no matter your mode; transit, bike or walking.

While the program is not yet done, the Agenda-At-A-Glance is available as well as already submitted sessions. We are working with our partners to provide some amazing tours that will be all morning of Monday, August 19th and of course, live band entertainment for after the Wall of Fame Banquet.

Event Key Dates to remember:
     State Roadeo - August 16 - 18
State Roadeo Banquet - August 18
