PAYMENT POLICY & METHODS

All payments must be received by February 28, 2019.

Payment methods include check, Visa or MasterCard. Please note there is a 4% transaction fee for online payments. 

*We will be invoicing and taking online payments via our website AFTER January 3, 2019. You are welcome to  to send a check prior to January 1st you are welcome if you wish.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations must be made in writing via email not phone. Any exhibitor cancelling booth space before February 15, 2019 will be refunded less a 10% processing fee and credit card transaction fee (if payment was made with credit card). Any company cancelling after February 15, 2019 or any "no shows" forfeit the entire rental cost (no exceptions) and will be billed in full.
